Hillary Clinton is the grandmother of the Islamic Caliphate

Hillary Clinton is fond of changing history in order to put herself in the best possible light. As First Lady, she claimed that in 1996 that she dodged sniper fire while visiting Sarajevo, the capital of civil war-torn Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was a good story and, initially, she received praise for her «heroism under fire» from a typically sycophantic press. However, the story was false. Mrs. Clinton never came under sniper fire. She lied. And the lies of the one-time and prospective presidential candidate did not stop with Bosnia. According to one person close to the ex-First Lady, her first major book, «Living History», was full of so many lies and half-truths, it should have been sold under the heading of «fiction».

Mrs. Clinton is currently rejecting charges that it was her policy of destabilizing Libya and Syria that led to the rise of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (or, at it is also called, the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) or the Islamic State («al-Dawlah»). Clinton’s minions of idolizers and neo-conservative war hawks call such claims a «conspiracy theory», the favorite pejorative for those who suffer from a bankruptcy of facts. In fact, Clinton’s boasting about the extrajudicial execution of Libyan leader Muammar al Qaddafi, in which she cackled, «We came, we saw, he died», along with her vow to unseat Syrian President Bashar al Assad, after having publicly praised him in March 2011, provides evidence of her constant lying and changing of facts to suit her own purposes. 

Clinton’s intervention in Syria and Libya, and the replacement of unifying governments with weaker regimes plagued by civil war, as well as separatist movements and Islamic emirates and caliphates vying for political control, were in the best interests of Israel. Ever since Israel developed the «Clean Break» strategy in the early 1990s, the division of Arab states by civil war and secessionist movements and religious turmoil and fratricide has been the goal of Israeli ultra-Zionists and right-wing political leaders, including Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. 

Mrs. Clinton’s good friend and oft-mentioned vice presidential candidate, former NATO commander General Wesley Clark, let the cat out of the bag in 2007 when he revealed on a television program partly funded by hedge fund mogul George Soros that he saw a classified Pentagon memorandum, which stated that seven countries would be «taken out» by the United States in five years. Clark said he saw the memo around September 20, 2001, just a week after the 9/11 attack on the United States. After the United States invaded and occupied Iraq, the next six countries on the American «hit list» were Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finally, Iran.

 

Although it took more than five years for Syria and Libya to fall, the Hillary Clinton-initiated «Responsibility to Protect» (R2P) operation to back Islamist opposition groups against Qaddafi in Libya, Assad in Syria, Hosni Mubarak in Egypt, and Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in Tunisia.

Clark wrote the NATO book on destabilizing countries and militarily squaring off against Russia. His operations in the Balkans as NATO commander ensured that the former Yugoslavia fragmented into seven different countries, including Montenegro and Kosovo. Clark never condemned the 2001 plan to take out seven countries in five years, he merely said military force should be used as a last resort. But Clark seems very comfortable with the R2P operations that resulted in ISIL seizing control of large swaths of Syria and Iraq and other Islamist rebels seizing control of most of Libya. Clark also endorsed the Israeli action that demolished Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat's Ramallah headquarters in 2002. Clark’s backing of Clinton’s interventionist policy in the Middle East, which is aligned with Israel’s «Clean Break» strategy of scrapping every peace accord with the Palestinians from Madrid to Oslo, should be no surprise when considering Clark’s family background. Although he is ostensibly a Roman Catholic, Clark is the son of Benjamin Kanne, a «Kohen» (priest) who hailed from a long line of Belarusian Talmud-wielding rabbis. Clark’s disdain for Russians was on full display during the Kosovo crisis. Considering his roots, it is also no surprise that Clark shares Clinton’s advocacy for Israel. Clinton and Clark on the same ticket in 2016 would further threaten the Middle East, Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and other parts of the world. 

Considering the fact that Israel’s Mossad and Defense Forces have jointly coordinated attacks on Assad’s forces in Syria with Jabhat al Nusra, an ally of ISIL, and that Mossad and Saudi Mukhabarat General Intelligence Service chiefs have held a number of secret meetings, there is little doubt that the Clinton plan all along was to create an Islamic caliphate from the remnants of what was once the strong and united Arab secular and socialist republics of Syria, Iraq, and Libya. When the ISIL-allied Nusra Front took over the Syrian-Israeli border crossing at Quneitra in the Golan Heights, the Israeli military coordinated its ground fire on Syrian government positions in a manner that assisted the Islamist radicals. Similarly, Israeli connections to an ISIL cell in Gaza was used by the Israelis to suggest that Hamas was losing control over the Palestinian enclave. Israel has also been caught red-handed assisting ISIL-related groups in Lebanon that have attacked Hezbollah. All of Israel’s actions are in keeping with the «Clean Break» policy Version 2.0.

In fact, Mossad and the Saudi Mukhabarat, and to a lesser extent, the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and Britain’s MI-5 Secret Intelligence Service have links to most, if not all, of the various «Al Qaeda» and affiliated franchises throughout the Middle East and North Africa. In addition to Jabhat al Nusra and ISIL, these include Al- Jabha al-Islamiya lil-Muqawama al-’Iraqiya (Islamic Front of the Iraqi Resistance), Al-Jaysh al-Islami fil- ’Iraq (Islamic Army in Iraq), Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiya fil-’Iraq (Islamic Resistance’s Movement in Iraq), Jaysh al-Iraq Al-Islami (Iraq Islamic Army), Jaysh al-Jihad Al-Islami (Islamic Jihad Army), Jaysh al-Mujahidin (Mujahidin’s Army), Jaysh al-Ta’ifa al- Mansoura (Victorious Group’s Army), Jaysh Ansar al- Sunna (Partisans of the Sunna Army), Tanẓim al-Qa‘idah fi Jazirat al-‘Arab, (Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula), and Tandhim al-Qa’ida fi Bilad al-Rafidayn (al-Qaeda’s Organization in Mesopotamia).

ISIL has already seized large portions of the prospective caliphate’s province of Sham, which is composed of Syria and parts of western Iraq. Other parts of Sham that ISIL intends to «liberate» are Lebanon and Jordan. In North Africa, the Islamist Ansar al-Sharia and other allied Islamist groups have seized most of eastern Cyrenaica and large parts of Tripolitania, including Tripoli itself. These groups intend to link up with Boko Haram in Nigeria, which has already declared a caliphate in the northeastern Nigerian town of Gwoza in Borno state. Boko Haram’s caliphate also includes Damboa in Borno, Buni Yadi in Yobe state, and Madagali in Adamawa state. The much-ballyhooed U.S. Africa Command has taken no action to suppress the rise of the caliphate in Nigeria and neighboring Cameroon. As with the military acquisitions of ISIL in Syria and Iraq, Boko Haram has captured at least one military base, along with equipment, in Nigeria.

Boko Haram, along with Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb and Ansar Dine in Mali, intend to spread the caliphate to Tunisia, Algeria, Mali, Morocco, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Ivory Coast, and the rest of West Africa as the Caliphate’s «Province of Maghreb». The ISIL-allied Salafists of Cyrenaica, Egypt, northern Sudan and Darfur plan for the establishment of the Caliphate’s «Province of Alkinana».

ISIL’s caliphate also includes the Horn of Africa, including largely Christian Ethiopia and Kenya, as well as the Central African Republic, Chad, Cameroon, Rwanda, and South Sudan as the «Land of Habasha». The Al Shabaab guerrillas have established a caliphate-loyal «Islamic Emirate of Somalia» in areas of that failed state that it controls. The area of Africa ISIL intends to conquer has seen its share of genocide but that will be nothing compared to what awaits it under the Caliphate.

ISIL said it intends to conquer Spain and Portugal and restore «Al Andalus» as part of the «Greater Caliphate». ISIL’s plans to turn southern Arabia into the province of «Yaman» will come at the bloody expense of the Zaidi Houthis of North Yemen and the secular-minded South Yemeni independence restoration movement. In any event, the Sauds will continue to rule their kingdom, whether it is called Arabia or «Hejaz». ISIL, spawned with Saudi support, will be the centurions and enforcers for the House of Saud and their Israeli allies. Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula has already established a caliphate satellite, the Emirate of Waqar, in Yemen. 

The estimated one thousand Chechens fighting for ISIL in Syria and Iraq can be expected to help threaten to Caucasus after their planned victories in Sham, Iraq, «Kordistan», and Iran. ISIL refers to the Caucasus region, including Chechnya, Dagestan, plus Crimea, southern Ukraine (including Odessa), as «Qoqzaz». In the sights of the Caliphate are Anathol, present-day Turkey, and Orobpa, the present day Balkans, plus Hungary, Moldova, and Austria. Perhaps it has not dawned on the Obama administration and its European Union and NATO allies that the destabilization of Ukraine wrought by the fascist regime in Kiev plays right into the hands of ISIL’s plans to take control of southern Ukraine and Crimea with the help of sympathetic Caucasus Muslims, Turks, and Crimean Tatars.

The Caliphate’s threat to bring large portions of central Asia and western China, Tibet, Nepal, all of India (except for Sikkim and the northeastern states where a self-described Jewish people called the B’nei Menashe live in Mizoram and Manipur states), Sri Lanka, Maldives, Pakistan (where an Islamic Emirate loyal to the caliphate has already been established in Waziristan), Afghanistan (where the Taliban calls areas under its control the «Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan», and Russia (where the Caucasus Emirate is attempting to gain territory) under its control as part of «Khurasan» fits in nicely with the West’s plans to disrupt the BRICS and Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) alliances.  BRICS and SCO firmly stand opposed to Western political and economic imperialism. In addition, hundreds of Southeast Asian Muslim radicals are reportedly fighting within the ISIL ranks in Iraq and Syria. They have all announced plans to return to Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, the Rakhine state of Burma, southern Thailand, and Mindanao in the Philippines to incorporate those countries and regions into the Caliphate. 

Mrs. Clinton and her band of war hawks and Israeli friends created the conditions that have allowed a group like ISIL to massacre Shi’as, Kurds, Assyrian Christians, Alawites, Yazidis, Turkoman, Sunni tribesmen, Druze, and others from Aleppo and Quneitra to Mosul, Kirkuk, and the outskirts of Erbil and Baghdad. If they have their way, ISIL will be crucifying and beheading Copts in Egypt, Christians and Shi’as in Lebanon, Zoroastrians and Shi’as in Iran, Shi’as in Tajikistan, and Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, and Buddhists in India. Mrs. Clinton, the actual «grandmother of ISIL», has left President Obama with an extremely unstable situation that she intends to use as a wedge issue against him and his foreign policy in the 2016 election. Ever since 9/11, the West has fallen time and time again for the psychological warfare themes and schemes hatched in Israel and the neocon boiler shops and think tanks of Washington, DC. If ISIL is eliminated as a threat, as it must be, their true sponsors should also be unmasked and flushed out.

Dans un article sur PressTV.ir (le 9 novembre 2014), Finian Cunningham, scientifique britannique devenu journaliste et commentateur de combat, et antisystème certes, aborde un thème intéressant : celui des femmes en position de pouvoir (exécutif) dans l’ensemble de sécurité nationale du système de l’américanisme, singulièrement rassemblées ces dernières années au sein du département d’État. Ces femmes se révèlent d’un extrémisme extraordinairement agressif et impudent, un extrémisme exprimé furieusement et sans frein, un extrémisme illégal par les actions qu’il engendre mais présenté avec ce qui peut paraître une sorte de “bonne conscience” et de certitude de la légitimité de leur action qui laissent loin derrière celle de leurs pairs masculins.

Cette présence de femmes dans des postes de responsabilité à la tête de la diplomatie US est évidemment une nouveauté, due aussi bien jusqu'il y a peu à l’aspect “machiste” et unisexe de cette grande démocratie moderne, particulièrement dans les affaires diplomatique et de sécurité nationale, qu’aux exigences “sociétale” désormais impératives du féminisme avec sa philosophie des quotas et du politically correct. Cunningham prend comme argument de départ l’intervention extraordinaire de Victoria Nuland (ou Nuland-Fuck : voir le 7 février 2014) dans une conversation avec l’ambassadeur Pyatt à Kiev, interceptée par des moyens techniques qui n’ont pas fini d’étonner et de préoccuper les spécialistes du genre du bloc BAO ; il ajoute celui de Wendy Sherman, n°3 du département d’État, dans la même veine de l’extrémisme, cette fois contre l’Iran.

«What is it about America's women diplomats? They seem so hard and cloned – bereft of any humanity or intelligence. Presumably, these women are supposed to represent social advance for the female gender. But, far from displaying female independence, they are just a pathetic copy of the worst traits in American male politicians – aggressive, arrogant and completely arrant in their views.

»Next up is Wendy Sherman, the Under Secretary for Political Affairs, who is also Washington's top negotiator in the P5+1 nuclear talks with Iran. Sherman is another flinty-eyed female specimen of the American political class, who, like Nuland, seems to have a block of ice for a heart and a frozen Popsicle for a brain. Again, like Nuland, Sherman aims to excel in her political career by sounding even more macho, morose and moronic than her male American peers.

»Last week, Sherman was giving testimony before the US Senate foreign affairs committee on the upcoming negotiations with Iran over the interim nuclear agreement. The panel was chaired by the warmongering Democrat Senator Robert Menendez, who wants to immediately ramp up more sanctions on Iran, as well as back the Israeli regime in any preemptive military strike on the Islamic Republic.

»Sherman's performance was a craven display of someone who has been brainwashed to mouth a mantra of falsehoods with no apparent ability to think for herself. It's scary that such people comprise the government of the most nuclear-armed-and-dangerous state in the world…»

Le cas de Nuland est suffisamment documenté. Celui de Wendy Sherman peut être largement renforcé par un rappel d’un article récent sur les USA et l’Iran, où nous introduisions comme exemple de l’argument développé, une intervention de Sherman particulièrement extraordinaire par son aspect suprématiste (plutôt que raciste), exposée devant une commission sénatoriale impavide, ès qualité dans son importante fonction de n°3 du département d’État. Nous écrivions le 25 novembre 2014 :

«On peut rappeler à cet égard le cas éclairant, y compris pour la façon dont sera traité cet accord avec l’Iran, de Wendy Sherman, sous-Secrétaire d’État et représentante permanente des USA aux négociations P5+1, qui se trouvait au côté de Kerry lors des négociations qui ont conduit à l’accord. Les époux Leverett, ces excellents commentateurs des questions iraniennes, avaient relevé, le 3 novembre 2013 sur leur site, l’intervention de Wendy Sherman, en octobre, au Congrès, parlant des Iraniens, “Nous savons que la tromperie fait partie de leur ADN” (“We know that deception is part of the DNA.”). Enchaînant sur cette très-édifiante illustration à la fois de notre haut niveau civilisationnel et de l’état d’esprit présidant aux relations avec l’Iran, les Leverett observaient ceci : “This statement goes beyond orientalist stereotyping; it is, in the most literal sense, racist. And it evidently was not a mere ‘slip of the tongue’: a former Obama administration senior official told us that Sherman has used such language before about Iranians.»

»If a senior U.S. government official made public statements about “deception” or some other negative character trait being “part of the DNA” of Jews, people of African origin, or most other ethnic groups, that official would—rightly—be fired or forced to resign, and would probably not be allowed back into “polite society” until after multiple groveling apologies and a long period of penance. But a senior U.S. official can make such a statement about Iranians—or almost certainly about any other ethnic group a majority of whose members are Muslim—and that’s just fine...»

Il s’agit bien, ici, de mettre en évidence l’extrémisme affiché, déclaré et développé officiellement par ces hauts fonctionnaire du genre féminin dans l’appareil de la diplomatie/de la sécurité nationale US. Les exemples sont nombreux depuis la fin de la guerre froide : Madeleine Albright, secrétaire d’État lors du deuxième mandat de l’administration Clinton, avait ouvert la voie, et de cette présence féminine, et de cet extrémisme cruel dont on parle en répondant quelque chose comme “le jeu en vaut la chandelle” à un journaliste qui l’interrogeait sur les évaluations de 500.000 enfants et nourrissons morts en Irak des suites de l’embargo de l’ONU initié par les USA. Condoleeza Rice, directrice du NSC puis secrétaire d’État montra plus de retenue entre 2001 et 2009, – on reviendra sur la signification de la chose, – mais c’est vraiment avec Hillary Clinton devenue secrétaire d’État en 2009 que s’établit la situation qu’on décrit ici. (Cela, au point qu’on peut parler d’une véritable “école Hillary” à cet égard.) Les femmes maximalistes, extrémistes, occupant des postes important au département d’État (ou au NSC, qui est dans ce cas une organisation similaire), sont en nombre respectable aujourd’hui : Susan Rice (ambassadrice à l’ONU puis directrice du NSC), Samantha Powers (ambassadrice à l’ONU), Nuland passant de la position de porte-parole à celle d’adjointe au secrétaire d’Etat pour les affaires européennes et caucasiennes, Wendy Sherman… Il s’agit de postes à haute visibilité, disposant de pouvoirs considérables, traitant d’affaires extrêmement importantes et agitées par des crises de première importance.

Un point remarquable est le mélange des genre : le féminisme, qui est d’inspiration de gauche et surtout développée chez les démocrates comme affichage de leur prétendue option progressiste et humanitaire, et l’extrémisme de tendance à la fois belliciste et humanitariste. (L’“humanitaire” désigne une forme conceptuelle vertueuse dans ce cas, l’humanitarisme devient une doctrine d’interventionnisme armée au nom de l’humanitaire que des esprits soupçonneux verraient comme un faux-nez pour l’interventionnisme pathologique et illégal, et complètement déstructurant, du bloc BAO.) Le cas Condoleeza Rice, qui était loin d’être la plus extrémiste dans l’administration Bush et qui avait été choisie essentiellement pour sa proximité avec le président, échappe au schéma général. De même ne peut-on guère la placer dans le courant “belliciste-humanitaire” (ou liberal hawks), qui est absolument la marque d’Hillary Clinton et de l’“école Hillary”. Même une Nuland, cataloguée comme neocon, et donc en théorie proche (tactiquement) du courant de l’administration Bush, ne l’est pas vraiment et doit plutôt entrer dans ce moule “belliciste-humanitaire” qui prétend absolument afficher sa philosophie “sociétale” renvoyant au féminisme et à une opinion “libérale” (“progressiste”). (Cela rejoint parfaitement le jugement de William S. Lind sur les USA (voir le 12 février 2014  : «The world has turned upside down. America, condemning and even attacking other countries to push “democracy” and Jacobinical definitions of human rights, is becoming the leader of the international Left.»)

Cette “école Hillary” est donc cantonnée à la “diplomatie” et à la nébuleuse du département d’État, mais contribuant à faire de ce département d’État un foyer extrémiste et belliciste absolument remarquable. Au contraire, il n’y a pas eu et il n’y a pas de femmes aux vrais postes de responsabilité au Pentagone, – secrétaire à la défense, adjoint au secrétaire et sous-secrétaire, les n°1, 2 et 3  – les plus hautes fonctions atteintes par des femmes étant les sous-ministères des trois armes, USAF, Army et Navy, sans réel pouvoir et aucun pouvoir politique, ou celui de sous-secrétaire pour la politique qu'occupa Michèle Flournoy, de 2009 à 2012. (Il y eut aussi le cas de Darleen A. Druyun, occupant dans les années 1990 un poste très important de direction de l’attribution des contrats, mais celui-ci restant très technique quoique d'un pouvoir important, et l’aventure de la pauvre Druyun se terminant dans la corruption et une condamnation à la prison, – comme un vulgaire “mec” [voir le 25 novembre 2004].) On a parlé un temps de Hillary Clinton comme secrétaire à la défense, mais cela n’alla pas loin ; le Pentagone est beaucoup trop soft pour ces dames, beaucoup trop prudent et réticent vis-à-vis des interventions extérieures...

En Europe, il y a quelques équivalents aux positions US dans le domaine de la sécurité nationale, mais les cas montrent un comportement d’une certaine modération, – comme Bonnano en Italie, aux affaires étrangères, – traduisant un reste de comportement traditionnel des genres, quand ceux-ci étaient encore victimes des différenciations de “sexes”. Le cas le plus remarquable à cet égard est la française Alliot-Marie (MAM pour Michelle) à la défense, qui fut une “première française” en la matière d’une femme à la tête d’un ministère régalien ayant dans son inventaire des forces nucléaires. Elle se montra excellente administratrice des forces, imposant son autorité, mais surtout elle montra une maestria diplomatique dans un sens opposé à ses consœurs US : c’est elle qui mata Rumsfeld le belliciste lors d’un échange fameux à la Wehrkunde de Munich en février 2003 (voir le 9 septembre 2003) et c’est pourtant elle qui réussit à raccommoder en bonne partie les relations France-US en allant voir au Pentagone, en 2005, le même Rumsfeld, qu’elle avait manifestement subjugué sinon charmé, ce qui est un exploit qu’il est juste de saluer. MAM n’est guère aimée des féministes et n’est nullement brandie comme un fanion de l’émancipation du genre.

Ces développements montrent une différence entre les cas US et ceux qu’on rencontre en Europe. (Mais nous dirions aussi bien que la tendance en Europe, si elle a le temps de s’affirmer, devrait se “durcir” selon les canons du féminisme pour cause d’américanisation-Système et de radicalisation sociétale, – deux expressions qui désignent d’ailleurs une même évolution.) La tradition occidentale, exclusivement européenne, qui existe et qui est solide malgré l’absence désespérante du féminisme dans ces temps reculés et affreusement rétrogrades, était liée au système de succession ou de régence allant avec le régime monarchique, montra le plus souvent des dirigeantes du genre féminin habiles, maniant le compromis et la fermeté d’une façon équilibrée, bâtissant une autorité et une légitimité remarquables en usant des caractères féminins, sans jamais dédaigner ni le cynisme ni l’arbitraire quand cela s’imposait ; en mettant à part le cas de Jeanne, qui est si singulier et hors des normes, on cite les deux Médicis et Anne d’Autriche en France, la Grande Elisabeth d’Angleterre, la Grande Catherine de Russie, Christine du Suède, etc., qui déployaient des qualités d’affirmation d’autorité sans qu’il soit nécessaire du soutien du féminisme dans sa dimension idéologique liée à la phase terminale du postmodernisme démocratique. Aujourd’hui, c’est manifestement cette force d’origine “sociétale” mais en réalité complètement idéologisée qui est le moteur de cette affirmation du genre féminin. S’il a pris la tournure qu’on voit aux USA, belliciste sans le moindre frein, furieuse sinon hystérique, etc., – alors que le féminisme en politique était d’abord annoncé comme l’apport d’une sagesse réaliste et d’une retenue pacificatrice qu’on attribuait aux femmes dans les temps anciens, – c’est parce qu’il se marie complètement avec l’américanisme, d’une part avec ses tendances matriarcales revues par la modernité, d’autre part par sa psychologie si particulière que nous rappelions dans le texte du 7 février 2014 sur Victoria Nuland-Fuck, mais sans utiliser pour ce cas l’argument pour le féminisme et dont on découvre qu’il lui va si parfaitement :

«Cette attitude relève moins d’une sorte d’hypocrisie ou d’une tactique délibérée, ou d'une arrogance suprématiste, ou de l’hybris enfin, – même si tout cela est présent à doses diverses, – que d’une conviction absolue, comme le suggère Malic. Nous avons depuis longtemps identifié ce qui, selon nous, constitue le moteur de l’attitude des USA dans ce sens, c’est-à-dire une psychologie spécifique qui oriente absolument la pensée, le jugement, l ‘orientation de l’action, etc., en recouvrant tout cela d’un onguent d’une moralité absolument impeccable et indestructible –dito l’inculpabilité et l’indéfectibilité (voir aussi le 7 mai 2011), comme fondements de cette psychologie. Il s’agit de l’incapacité absolue pour la psychologie américaniste de concevoir qu’elle puisse faire quelque chose de mauvais (de moralement mauvais), et l’impossibilité pour la même de concevoir que l’américanisme ne puisse pas être victorieux. Cette description correspond encore plus pour les dames dont nous parlons, ce qui montre leur parfaite adéquation aux exigences du Système, avec le mariage du fait sociétal du féminisme et de la psychologie américaniste, comme si l’un était complètement accompli avec l’autre. Par ailleurs, on sait que, pour nous, cette psychologie américaniste est en fait la psychologie-Système par définition (voir le 28 janvier 2013). Certains craignent avec le féminisme une “féminisation” de la politique (c’est la thèse d’Eric Zemmour), mais nous aurions une autre analyse. Quelles qu’aient été au départ les bonnes intentions du féminisme et une certaine justification objective, ce n’est pas à une “féminisation” de la politique qu’on assiste avec son application mais à un degré de plus de l'intégration de ses adeptes dans le Système. Cette fréquentation intégrée ôte à celles qui en usent toute réflexion de doute, toute mesure du monde et des possibilités d’actions harmonieuses et équilibrées (ce qui était le cas pour les grandes souveraines du passé), au profit d’une assurance aveugle et d’une arrogance impérative qui ne peuvent s’expliquer que par le caractère de surpuissance, également aveugle et impératif, du Système. On ajoutera, pour le genre en question, une capacité remarquable d’adaptation à l’affectivité et à l’infraresponsabilité.

Ainsi la démonstration est-elle faite que l’évolution sociétale, qui pourrait revendiquer le titre de “révolution sociétale” est devenue, presto subito, une arme du Système (voir le 30 avril 2013), – si elle ne le fut dès le départ, pour mieux soumettre les sapiens en employés-Système, et dans ce cas en employées-Système. Piètre situation de l’émancipation des femmes, – vraiment, l’épaisse Victoria Nuland (elle a pris du poids, à l’image de son époux Robert Kagan) n’est même pas en-dessous de la cheville de la massive et considérable Catherine de Médicis dans l’exercice et la finesse de l’art de la politique. Notre chance est que le Système rend stupide, à l’image de sa propre stupidité. Informatie-oorlog: De VSA dulden geen pluralisme

Op 3 maart 2011 pleitte minister van buitenlandse zaken van de VSA Hillary Clinton voor meer overheidssteun om het Amerikaanse mediabeleid te versterken. Dit was dringend nodig, stelde ze, omdat de VSA “de informatie-oorlog aan het verliezen zijn”:

“We are in an information war and we are losing that war. Al Jazeera is winning, the Chinese have opened a global multi-language television network, the Russians have opened up an English-language network. I’ve seen it in a few countries, and it is quite instructive, …”

Hillary Clinton verwijst hier respectievelijk naar Al-Jazeera English (het Arabische medianetwerk), CCTV-9 (Chinese Central TV) en Russia Today (RT.com). Hoewel nog geen tien jaar oud, hebben ze de monopolie van CNN en BBC kunnen ondergraven. Nu moeten CNN en BBC heel wat concurrentie dulden van medianetwerken die geen enkele band hebben met het Westen.

Al-Jazeera en RT.com laten dit ook duidelijk blijken in hun nieuwsgaring, die op een heel verfrissende wijze (alvast voor de gemiddelde Westerling) bericht over de globale gebeurtenissen. Zo was het RT.com die ons op de hoogte hield van de massale vakbondsprotesten te Wisconsin terwijl de Amerikaanse media deden alsof er niets gebeurde of hun neus bloedde.[1] Al Jazeera was op zijn beurt het enige nieuwskanaal dat sprak over de burgerslachtoffers in de Irak-oorlog terwijl CNN hen daarvoor bekritiseerde en zich afvroeg waarom het nodig was hierover te berichten.[2]

Niet alleen bekijken ze de gebeurtenissen via een andere invalshoek, ze zijn vaak in staat om qua professionaliteit en nieuwskwaliteit de Westerse media te overtreffen. Zo ontketende RT.com een mediaschandaal in 2009 toen ze konden bewijzen dat de CNN in hun berichtgeving over de oorlog in Zuid-Ossetië de beelden om de bombardementen van de stad Gori door het Russische leger te illustreren, werden opgenomen in Tskhinvali, die werd bestookt door het Georgische leger. Eén van hun cameramannen mocht exclusief getuigen dat de CNN hier zwaar in de fout was gegaan.[3] Het deed de geloofwaardigheid van hun berichtgeving geen deugd.

Een ander recent voorbeeld is de berichtgeving over de Noord-Afrikaanse en Arabische opstanden, waarin duidelijk bleek dat Al-Jazeera in staat was om een veel bredere kijk weer te geven op de gebeurtenissen. Terwijl de CNN bijvoorbeeld het moest doen met journalisten in CaÏro en analyses vanuit hun veilige studio’s, wist Al-Jazeera meerdere journalisten over het gehele land te verspreiden, die zoveel mogelijk live beelden verzamelden, gecombineerd met tal van reportages met de oppositie zelf. CNN moest dan ook vaak Al-Jazeera citeren in hun nieuwsberichten en Hilary Clinton zelf stelde vast dat Al-Jazeera “echt nieuws” is, in vergelijking met de Amerikaanse nieuwsdiensten:

“Viewership of Al Jazeera is going up in the United States because it’s real news,” Clinton said. “You may not agree with it, but you feel like you’re getting real news around the clock instead of a million commercials and, you know, arguments between talking heads and the kind of stuff that we do on our news which, you know, is not particularly informative to us, let alone foreigners.”

De cijfers liegen er niet om. Sinds 2009 daalt het aantal kijkers voor de CNN drastisch. In maart 2010 verloor men zelfs de helft van de kijkers in vergelijking met verleden jaar. Vooral Fox News profiteert hiervan. In het laatste kwartaal van 2010 werd deze evolutie verder gezet en had de CNN minder kijkers dan 10 jaar geleden.

Dat deze kijkers niet overwegen om over te schakelen naar of Al-Jazeera, is omdat deze quasi geen kabeltoegang krijgt. De meeste Amerikaanse kijkers moeten Al-Jazeera dan ook volgen via het internet. Momenteel zijn er tussen Al-Jazeera en Comcast (de grootste kabeldistributeur van de VSA) om dit probleem aan te pakken. RT.com daarentegen kan al in de VSA bekeken worden,

Maar de VSA slaan terug. Recent aanvaardde de BBC World Service, die door de economische crisis moet lijden onder draconische besparingen, geld van de American State Department om uit de kosten te geraken. Dat dit betekent dat de VSA nu ook (mee) bepaalt wat al dan niet mag uitgezonden worden op de BBC, kan zelfs het kleinste kind inzien.

Natuurlijk bestaat er geen 100% objectieve overheidsmedia (zo werden zowel CNN als Al-Jazeera gehekeld voor hun “even bevooroordeelde berichtgeving”[4]) en de waarheid ligt hoogstwaarschijnlijk ergens tussenin. Toch is het toenemende pluralisme in de nieuwsvergaring een verademing. Dat Hillary Clinton er alles aan wil doen om enkel het Amerikaanse standpunt over de gebeurtenissen in deze wereld te laten gelden, is een zeer spijtige zaak maar niet verbazingwekkend.

El poder y la resistencia inteligentes

En su condición de superpotencia el gobierno norteamericano dispone de una fuerza militar y de un potencial económico que excepto la Unión Soviética, ninguno de sus adversarios ni todos juntos han podido retar. Ese poder es la base de una enorme influencia política; sin embargo, salvo excepciones, a la mayoría de las administraciones estadounidenses les ha faltado talento para convertir su musculatura en liderazgo autentico y para conducir constructivamente la política exterior con el Tercer Mundo, particularmente con América Latina.

En los nuevos escenarios internacionales, la astucia y la sutileza que asoman en la administración de Barack Obama pueden hacer la diferencia. A esa combinación de poder y racionalidad, en las audiencias en el Senado para su confirmación, Hillary Clinton llamó “poder inteligente”. De aplicarse esa doctrina, es probable que, en parte, la inteligencia condicione la confrontación. Talento contra talento pudieran ser los términos de una nueva ecuación en las relaciones políticas internacionales.

Hillary Clinton, que no fue incluida en la fórmula presidencial y se  pintó sola para Secretaria de Estado, el segundo cargo ejecutivo más importante, es la encargada de bordar a mano una política latinoamericana basada en el “poder inteligente” que no renuncia al empleo de la fuerza ni a ninguno de los objetivos estratégicos del imperio americano, aunque probablemente se propone cambiar brutalidad por la sutileza y en lugar de confrontar los cambios, se suma a ellos como una vez intentó hacer Kennedy con la Alianza para el Progreso.

Por primera vez la presencia de los ejecutivos norteamericanos en las capitales latinoamericanas no ha estado caracterizada por un clima de violento rechazo, sino todo lo contrario. En México y en Puerto España, Estados Unidos avanzó en su proyecto de lavado de imagen, dejando una zaga entre confusa y favorable. Es cierto que fuerzas políticas avanzadas se han percatado de la trampa pero también lo es que esas fuerzas, eficaces para la alerta temprana y la denuncia, carecen de capacidad decisoria.

Piezas claves en esa estrategia cuyos contornos no son todavía totalmente visibles, son Cuba y Venezuela y en otra dimensión menos protagónica Bolivia, donde Estados Unidos no adelanta compromisos, tal vez porque todavía no está seguro de poder controlar a la violenta oligarquía vernácula que no se resigna a la perdida de sus privilegios y rechaza como el diablo a la cruz el protagonismo de los pueblos originarios.

Ante los esfuerzos de Estados Unidos para reconstruir su disminuida influencia política en América Latina y reestructurar sus mecanismos de dominación en la región, Cuba se levanta como un obstáculo. No se trata de que la Isla desee o pueda oponer una resistencia física a las maniobras imperiales, sino de una capacidad de convocatoria que opera de oficio y actúa como catalizador de una cohesión que jamás había sido alcanzada. Esas circunstancias explican ciertos matices en el discurso de Obama y en el de los miembros pensantes de su administración respecto a: “Un nuevo comienzo en las relaciones con Cuba”.

Con sólo atenuar la brutalidad de la retórica de Bush basada en la arrogancia y la fuerza bruta, Obama y la Clinton lograron un clima que en gran medida desmontó la confrontación anunciada para la Cumbre de las Américas en Puerto España. Ello se debió a su enfoque inteligente del diferendo con Cuba.

Es cierto que Obama no pudo evitar los pronunciamientos de varios gobernantes latinoamericanos, algunos tan radicales como los de Daniel Ortega, aunque también es verdad que al evadir la confrontación dejó todo el asunto en una “zona de duda”

Hasta aquí se evidencia lo que pudiéramos llamar un ejercicio de relaciones públicas que, para ser instalado como política y estrategia, necesita pasar de las palabras a los hechos. La próxima visita de la Secretaria de Estado a Centroamérica y su coincidencia con la mayor parte de los mandatarios latinoamericanos, en la próxima toma de posesión de Mauricio Funes como presidente de El Salvador, será otro round.

Tal vez Hillary sepa que, para afianzar su “New Deal” latinoamericano, Estados Unidos no sólo no puede evadir el tema cubano, sino que está obligado a pasar de las palabras a los hechos. No obstante, nadie debe esperar acciones espectaculares ni cambios definitivos, tampoco aspirar a que Norteamérica se desmienta ideológica o políticamente.

Respecto a Cuba, cabe esperar que Estados Unidos se mueva en un “programa mínimo”, no exactamente avanzando, sino desmontando a cuentagotas acciones agresivas e injustificadas. El modo como la dirección cubana y los procesos avanzados de América Latina maniobren para sacar ventajas de giros que a veces pueden ser imperceptibles para los profanos, influirá en los saldos definitivos.

En cualquier caso, en ciertos aspectos el escenario está creado. La capacidad de resistencia de Cuba y la determinación de su pueblo, así como la comprensión y la solidaridad con que sus demandas son apoyadas por los gobiernos y los pueblos latinoamericanos, son un blindaje al que se suma la calidad de los argumentos y la altura del actual  liderazgo político en el continente.

Si en verdad, la nueva fase de la lucha política se convirtiera en una genuina batalla de ideas y la confrontación fuera de talento contra talento, se puede asegurar que al valor no le faltará inteligencia ni a la inteligencia valor.
